CityVille and Zynga have introduced a new Quest called “Paul Packs It In!”. You will need to Visit 3 Neighbor’s Packing Stores and Have 10 Shade Trees in your City. There is the option to skip the quest with city cash although not recommended. Once completed, you will receive the 5 Energy!- Visit 3 Neighbor’s Packing Stores
